Another member of the Bali Nine has lost his final legal appeal against a death sentence for heroin smuggling.
Indonesia's supreme court has confirmed Myuran Sukumaran will face the firing squad unless Indonesia's president, Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono, grants clemency.
Sukumaran was found guilty of organising a shipment of more than eight kilograms of heroin from Bali to Australia in 2005 and sentenced to death.
Last month, fellow Bali Nine member Andrew Chan also had his death sentence appeal rejected.
Sukumaran's lawyer, Julian McMahon, says both Chan and Sukumaran are far from being the worst of the worst offenders.
"These two have completely rehabilitated themselves and are now in the process of educating and helping a lot of other prisoners get their lives in order," he said.
"Now not only is that a fantastic step, but it is also a step that merits some clemency in their sentence."
Foreign Minister Kevin Rudd is likely to raise the matter with the Indonesian government when he visits Jakarta tomorrow.
