TRIBUN-MEDAN, HONGKONG - A court in Hong Kong on Saturday (18/07/2015), decided a woman named Ng Lai-ying guilty of "attacking" a police officer using her breasts.
The incident occurred on March 1 when Ng Lai-ying and some of her friends participated in a rally against the influx of mainland residents who shop in Hong Kong.
When protesting, Ng Lai-ying accused the police officer in charge of securing the protests, Inspector Chan, of deliberately touching her breasts while trying to pull the rope bag she carried.
But in court, Chan explained that Ng had deliberately "stuck out" her breasts at arm of the inspector . After her breasts touched Chan’s arm Ng yelled out that she had been abused.
After hearing the testimony of both parties to the dispute, the judge decided that Ng had made a false testimony.
"You take advantage of the fact that you are a woman to manipulate this false story," said the judge. "It's weird because you initially only filed for injury because the police pushed you down. You never filed about sexual harassment and suddenly it appeared in the court," the judge added.
The judge then accused Ng of committing a very vile slander. Although Ng refused to plead guilty, the judge decided she was to be detained pending further court proceedings.
(Allemachies, a new Chinese weapon? We already know the nunchaku, aka “nunchuckers” now we also have payudara chuckers? What’s the world coming to!) siK.
